Lumi books and packages are sold through Digistore24 Inc., which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract is with Digistore24 Inc. Digistore24 Inc. handles checkout, payment, invoicing, sales tax and refunds.
Shipping: printed books ship to the USA, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Every product is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Returns: Every book is printed to order with your child’s name, so it cannot be returned. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it free. Questions: support@gettalitha.com.
Free seven evenings by email: if you sign up on our website, we store your email address, your child’s first name and whether the story is for a boy or a girl. We first send you a confirmation link (double opt-in); nothing is sent before you confirm. Every email contains a link to stop delivery and delete your data. If you reached us through a partner link, we store that partner’s ID with your sign-up so that a later purchase can be credited to them.
Your child’s first name is used only to make the stories and the book personal. Payment details are handled only by Digistore24 and never reach us.
We process this data to fulfil your order and provide the stories (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for receiving stories by email, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Talitha is for parents and grandparents, not for children. An adult with parental responsibility orders or signs up and confirms that they are entitled to provide the child’s first name. We never collect data from a child directly.
Anthropic and Higgsfield only ever receive what the story needs (first name, age group, companion), never your email address. Your data is never sold and never passed on for advertising.
For as long as you use Talitha, and order records as long as the law requires. The link at the bottom of every email lets you stop delivery and delete your data at any time.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@gettalitha.com.
Only what the site needs to work, plus a small note in your browser that remembers which partner sent you, so the partner is credited for a purchase. No advertising cookies, no profiling.
The stories are written with the help of artificial intelligence and read and approved by Michael Rüsel before they go out. They are bedtime stories for families. They do not replace pastoral care or the biblical text itself, and the Bible passage behind each story is named underneath it so you can look it up.
